All your personal information (height, weight, age, fitness goals, etc.) is stored only on your device.

We do not have servers that store your personal data.

We cannot access, view, or retrieve any information you enter in the app.

Your workout progress, meal plans, and journal entries remain private on your device.

If you delete the app, all your data is permanently removed.

1.2 Location Usage

The "5K Outdoor Challenge" feature uses your device's location to track your running distance and route. This location data is processed locally on your device for the feature to work - we do not collect, store, or have access to your location information.

2. What We Don't Do

To be clear about our commitment to your privacy:

  • We do NOT collect your personal information.
  • We do NOT store your data on any external servers.
  • We do NOT track your location or movements.
  • We do NOT sell or share any data (because we don't have any).
  • We do NOT require account creation or login.
  • We do NOT have access to your health, fitness, or dietary information.

3. How the App Works

Your data is used locally on your device to:

  • Generate personalized workout plans based on your preferences.
  • Create customized meal suggestions based on your dietary needs.
  • Track your fitness and nutrition progress.
  • Calculate exercise recommendations tailored to your profile.
  • Provide distance tracking during the 5K Outdoor Challenge (using device GPS).

4. Third-Party Services

Since we don't collect your data, we have nothing to share. However, please note:

The app may use your device's built-in features (like GPS for the 5K Challenge).

Any data processed by these device features stays on your device.

We recommend reviewing your device's privacy settings for additional control.

5. Your Control Over Your Data

5.1 Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

Uninstalling the app removes all stored data permanently.

No data recovery is possible after deletion since we don't store backups.

6. Children's Privacy

Stay Healthyr is a family-friendly app suitable for users of all ages. Since we don't collect any data, children can use the app safely. All information entered remains on the device and is never transmitted to us.
