Welcome to Stay Healthyr! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stay Healthyr mobile application ("App") operated by us ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Getting Started
To use our App, you will complete a brief questionnaire to personalize your experience. All information you provide is stored locally on your device only. No account creation is required, and we do not collect or store your personal data on any servers.
2. Use of the App
Stay Healthyr is designed to help you:
- Receive personalized meal and workout plans based on your health information.
- Track your nutrition and fitness progress.
- Use journaling tools for self-reflection.
- Participate in challenges like the 5K Outdoor Challenge.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Service Interruptions and Refund Policy
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, the App may occasionally experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. During such interruptions, access to some or all features may be temporarily unavailable.
You acknowledge and agree that we do not provide refunds or compensation for any service interruptions, regardless of duration or impact. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of this no-refund policy.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance but reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance without prior notice.
4. Health Disclaimer
The content and features in Stay Healthyr are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new diet, workout plan, or health routine.
5. Location Services
The 5K Outdoor Challenge uses your device's location to track your running distance and route. This location data is processed locally on your device and is never collected, stored, or shared by us.
6. User Content
You may create journal entries and track personal progress data in the App. All your content is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership and control of your data at all times.
7. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. We do not collect any personal data - everything stays on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Data Management
All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all your information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.
9. Modifications to the App
We may update or modify features of the App at any time to improve performance, add functionality, or address technical issues.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to health outcomes or data loss, except as required by law.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
By using Stay Healthyr, you acknowledge that all recommendations, plans, and features provided by the App are intended for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided in the App. We encourage you to independently verify any advice, plans, or suggestions, especially those related to health and fitness. We shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from your reliance on the App.
You also acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to change or increase pricing for our services or features at any time, with or without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
We assume no responsibility for any activity, decision, or consequence resulting from how you choose to use the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region.
